Domestic Sales - Identify and develop new clients across industries using Quartz, Feldspar, Mica and related minerals (stone processing units, ceramics, glass, foundries, etc.). - Manage and grow relationships with existing domestic customers and distributors. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms. - Track competitor pricing and market trends. Export Sales - Build and expand the export client base for Quartz and other minerals. - Research and approach international buyers, traders, and distributors. - Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage export documentation (LC, shipping, customs, HS codes). - Attend domestic and international trade fairs/exhibitions to generate leads. Market Development - Map potential applications for our minerals in new industries. - Provide regular feedback to management on customer requirements and product trends. - Develop marketing materials, presentations, and online listings. Reporting - Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly report progress to management. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Skills & Experience Required - Bachelor’s degree (Science/Commerce/Business); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. - 3–8 years’ experience in B2B industrial/mineral/stone/raw material sales. - Knowledge of Quartz, Feldspar, Mica or related minerals and their applications is a plus. - Exposure to export sales, international trade regulations, and documentation. - Good communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus). - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools desirable. - Ability to travel extensively.
