Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisor/Agent Recruitment & Development:
Responsible for bringing new advisors/agents on board, delivering structured onboarding and training sessions, and cultivating a high-performance culture to support rapid organizational growth. Must adhere to predefined operational standards and quality expectations.

Field Involvement:

  • Identify and enlist part-time professionals to serve as advisors/agents.

  • Conduct client consultations and carry out in-person evaluations.

Team Leadership & Support:

  • Guide and coach team members in generating prospects through digital platforms, referrals, networking, and industry connections. Assist them in converting prospects into clients through direct engagement.

  • Drive business expansion by organizing collaborative team efforts.

  • Ensure each client receives tailored financial strategies aligned with their personal goals.

TYPES OF INCENTIVES:

  • Bonuses for expanding the team through successful onboarding of advisors/agents.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree, with at least one year of experience in sales or a related field.
