We’re Xponentials Real Estate Advisors, based in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. We work closely with buyers across the city to help them find the right property — whether it’s a new project, a resale home, or an investment opportunity. We believe in honest advice, personal guidance, and long-term relationships over just closing deals.
We’re seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who understands Mumbai’s real estate market and can manage the full sales process — from lead generation to final closure. This is a field-oriented role for someone confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working with clients and developers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle sales for both new and resale properties
Meet clients, understand their needs, and suggest suitable options
Schedule site visits and manage follow-ups efficiently
Stay updated with new launches, resale listings, and pricing trends
Build and maintain strong developer and partner relationships
Keep client and property records updated using Google Sheets
Negotiate deals with professionalism and transparency
Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
Graduate or postgraduate in any field
2–3 years of real estate sales experience in Mumbai
Experience in both primary and secondary markets preferred
Good communication in Hindi and English (Marathi/Gujarati is a plus)
Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Slides)
Must have a valid driving license and be open to travel for client/site meetings
Candidates with a two-wheeler and early joining availability will be given preference
Candidates with experience in the Chembur/Ghatkopar micro market will be preferred

🕘 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Tuesday to Sunday
💼 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (in hand, depending on experience)
