We are Looking for a IT Sales manager for B2B sales
Key Responsibilities / Skills :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the niche market, while aligning with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and building follow-up communication in order to move opportunities through the sale funnel.
Prepare and analyse sale pipelines and reports to ensure sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored value propositions and sales collateral that resonate with clients needs and challenges.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Understand the unique challenges and needs of the industry and tailor our solutions to meet those needs
Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance of sales team to ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them
Requirements :
In-depth knowledge of IT services and technology solutions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
