Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, experience in the food/FMCG industry, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory
Visit retail outlets and supermarkets to promote Lindt products
Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising at store level
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Monitor competitor activities and suggest market strategies
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Coordinate with the supply team for timely delivery and stock availability
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with Noida and nearby market areas
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
