Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our banking sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products such as CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), loans, insurance, and credit cards. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products including CASA, loans, insurance, and credit cards

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling

• Build and maintain relationships with customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers

• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up with clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of banking products is an advantage

• Willingness to do field sales
