Job Description

Sales & Customer Handling

Attend walk-in customers and digital/telephonic enquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Follow up with prospective customers to close sales

Documentation & Process

Prepare quotations, booking forms, and sales documents
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments
Ensure accurate and timely documentation for vehicle delivery

Customer Experience

Provide end-to-end support till vehicle delivery
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Address customer queries and complaints professionally
Build long-term customer relationships and referrals
