What’s This Role About?

As a Resource Mobilization Executive, you’ll be the face of our cause — raising awareness, engaging with the public, and helping us raise vital funds that support disability-inclusive development across India. You’ll be working closely with an energetic team that shares your passion and drive, learning the ropes of fundraising and public engagement along the way. This is your launchpad into the world of social impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with people in malls, markets, tech parks, airports and public spaces

• Start conversations that matter — listen, share stories, and talk about our mission.

• Inspire individuals to support our cause through one-time or monthly donations.

• Work towards fundraising goals — and celebrate wins with your team!

• Maintain confidentiality and represent CBM India with pride and professionalism.

• Take on other exciting tasks assigned by your team lead.

Who Can Apply?

Education: Any graduate Experience: 0–2 years in fundraising, sales, marketing, or public engagement (freshers welcome!)

Compensation: You will start with a base salary of Rs. 22,000-25,000/month + allowance of Rs.3000/month + performance based incentives.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
