Sales Manager / Business Development Head
We’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive who is passionate about technology-driven infrastructure solutions. In this role, you’ll promote and sell automated parking and car lift systems to builders, developers, architects, and consultants across Gujarat. You’ll act as a bridge between our innovative engineering team and our clients — understanding site challenges, providing smart technical solutions, and driving business growth.
· Identify and connect with potential clients — builders, developers, architects, and consultants.
· Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, networking, and references.
· Deliver persuasive product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
· Participate in quotations, tenders, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
· Develop a strong understanding of parking automation products such as car stackers, puzzle parking, and rotary systems.
· Assess client requirements and recommend suitable product configurations based on site conditions.
· Coordinate with the design and project team for layout planning and site surveys.
· Clearly explain installation and maintenance procedures to clients.
· Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
· Ensure smooth communication from proposal to project handover.
· Follow up for order confirmation, payments, and after-sales service.
· Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Service) for timely project delivery.
· Submit weekly reports on visits, leads, and competitor activities.
· Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events when required.
· Strong technical sales ability with an understanding of engineering concepts.
· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
· Confident in presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
· Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
· Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
· Experience: 2–5 years in field sales of parking systems, building automation, lifts & elevators, or industrial equipment.
· Fresh engineering graduates with strong communication and technical aptitude may be considered for Trainee Sales Executive roles.

Base: Ahmedabad
Field Coverage: Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Mehsana, and nearby regions.
