Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers to provide service support and build good customer relationships.
Politely greet customers (“Hi, this is from Noratek company Brand name Enerjazz”) Makers of EV Batteries.
Remind customers about upcoming EMI due dates, payment amounts, or overdue payments.
Provide information on payment modes, last date, late fee policy (if applicable).
Maintain call records, update CRM with customer feedback and payment status.
Escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills Required
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (or local language as required).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle repetitive calls and maintain professionalism.
Must be Graduate
