Key Responsibilities:

Act as a front-line representative of the life insurance company to deliver excellent customer service.
Handle walk-in customers and resolve queries related to:
- Policy servicing (name/address change, nominee update, premium payment, etc.)
- Claims processing and documentation
- Loan and surrender requests
Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, claims, sales, etc.) for quick resolution of customer issues.
