Relationship Manager

• Lead Generation:
  Identify, generate, and qualify potential customers through cold calling, references, walk-ins, and digital channels.

• Motor Insurance Sales:
  Promote and sell motor insurance products to new and existing customers.
  Provide customized solutions based on customer needs and vehicle profile.

• Insurance Sales:
  Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business across different insurance products.
  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring quality of service delivery.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Counsel customers on product features, benefits, and premium structures.
  Handle queries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Reporting & Coordination:
  Maintain records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions.
  Work closely with the team leader/manager to achieve branch-level business goals.
