We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic insurance sales team in Kolkata. The role involves promoting and selling insurance products directly to customers, generating leads from the open market and references, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-field sales activities.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from the open market and through references.

• Approach potential customers and explain various insurance products.

• Assist clients in choosing suitable insurance plans as per their needs.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales service.

🔸 Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales.

• Must have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.

• Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers in person.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
