Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through on-ground client interaction, site visits, and relationship building. This is a field-intensive role that requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and show property sites.
Generate leads through outdoor marketing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct site visits, explaining project features and benefits to prospective buyers.
Follow up with clients regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Stay updated on project developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a field-based role.
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
