We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves client interaction, site visits, and driving property sales by providing end-to-end consultation. As a frontline representative of the company, you will play a key role in nurturing client relationships and converting prospects into buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in clients and inbound leads to understand their property needs
Conduct property site visits and give detailed project presentations
Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth end-to-end transactions
Maintain a strong knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market, including current listings and trends
Handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real estate experience is a strong plus)
Must have own two-wheeler for site visits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Graduation is mandatory
