Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, social media, and networking.

• Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements.

• Present and promote available residential and commercial properties.

• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.

• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.

• Maintain a strong follow-up with prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update client databases regularly.

• Stay updated on current market trends, property rates, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
