Position Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving sales for commercial and residential properties. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential investors, presenting them with tailored investment solutions, and helping them achieve their financial goals. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by targeting potential investors in commercial and residential real estate.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them toward suitable investment properties.
Deliver detailed presentations and market insights to potential investors, ensuring they are well-informed about the investment opportunities available.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth transactions for both clients and the company.
Achieve and exceed sales targets as per the set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Stay updated with market trends, property developments, and competitor offerings to position our properties effectively.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year to 6+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector (commercial or residential).
Proven track record of successful sales and achievement of targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand market trends and advise clients on the best investment opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
