Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets through enrolments set by the Departmental Head
• Customer Acquisition & Meetings:
Conduct 18–25 meetings per week with SME/entrepreneur prospects to pitch offerings and close deals.
• Lead Management:
Track and follow up on all incoming leads from CRM, reviewers, campaigns, and references.
• Sales Presentations & Consultations:
Conduct structured solution-selling presentations
• Conversion & Closures:
Handle objections, offer solutions, and ensure quick conversion from inquiry to closure.
• CRM Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of meetings, lead progress, closure details, and pipeline forecasts in DAR / CRM.
• Client Servicing Coordination:
Coordinate handover to the Review & Delivery team for seamless onboarding.
• Feedback & Testimonials:
Gather client reviews, testimonials, and referrals post-conversion for continued brand credibility.

• Proven track record of achieving targets and handling multiple accounts/territories.
• Experience in handling channel partners or franchise networks (added advantage).
