Role Overview:

The Property Scout will be responsible for identifying potential retail properties that align with SAVOmart’s expansion criteria. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel within assigned localities to spot available rental properties and assess their suitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout assigned areas on a two-wheeler to identify properties available for rent.

• Check if the property meets SAVOmart’s basic requirements (size, location, facade, accessibility).

• Contact the number displayed on the property to confirm its availability for rent.

• Share daily reports with the expansion team, detailing the properties identified.

• No negotiation or detailed discussions with property owners—only preliminary scouting and verification.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must own a two-wheeler for field travel.

• Good knowledge of Bangalore’s localities and commercial spaces.

• Comfortable with outdoor, field-based work and meeting daily targets.

• Basic communication skills to interact with property contacts.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25000 – ₹30000 per month CTC (based on experience and location familiarity).

• Performance-based Incentives for successfully identified and approved properties leading to store openings.

• Travel Reimbursement for fuel expenses with a max limit of 100 Kms per day one way with 5 INR per km.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
