Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Medical Representative to visit doctors (BAMS/BHMS/MD Ayurveda or similar clinics) and promote our Ayurvedic product line. The role involves generating prescriptions, increasing product sales, and ensuring timely collection. This is a target-based field role focused on Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, and healthcare practitioners regularly.

• Present, promote, and explain Nutrherbal & Dr. Vashisht Ayurveda products.

• Build strong, long-term professional relationships with doctors.

• Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets.

• Ensure proper market coverage within the assigned Delhi territory.

• Generate leads and follow up for conversions.

• Maintain accurate daily/weekly visit reports.

• Manage timely collection of payments from clients.

• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in Ayurveda/Herbal/Pharma industry.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.

• Should be familiar with the Delhi market.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
