Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard local merchants/sellers within the Shastri Nagar area.

• Pitch business benefits and convert leads into active partners on the platform.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team lead.

• Conduct field visits to potential partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.

• Collect and verify documents during onboarding.

• Report daily performance and field activity to the sales manager.

Requirements

1. Minimum 10th pass (12th or Graduate preferred).

2. 1+ years of experience in field sales, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.

3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
