● Lead and develop high-performing sales teams.

● Scale operations across multiple locations as required.

Candidate Profile:

● 1-6 years' experience in channel/agency management in financial services.

● Home Loan experience preferred; insurance/financial services backgrounds accepted.

● Strong leadership, communication, and multi-location management skills.

● Candidates without channel/partner sales experience will not be considered.
