Job Title: Group Loan Sales Officer
Job Description:

  • Responsible for creating and handling Self-Help Groups (SHG) for loan distribution.

  • Explain loan products to customers and generate new group loan clients.

  • Manage loan documentation and ensure proper verification of applicants.

  • Responsible for EMI collection from customers on time.

  • Maintain good relationships with group members and support them in loan processes.

  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets set by the company.
