The Loan Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of loan products (such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, LAP, etc.) by leading a sales team, developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensuring achievement of sales targets as set by Andromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt. Ltd.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of loan sales executives/telecallers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan products.
Generate leads through cold calling, digital campaigns, referrals, and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, and business partners.
Conduct regular sales reviews, performance monitoring, and provide training to team members.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, documentation, and approvals.
Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to expand loan sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing.
Strong knowledge of retail loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
Target-driven with a proven record in sales and business development.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
