Job Title: Business Home Loan Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Business Home Loan Sales Executive to generate new home loan business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking, financial services, or mortgage sales with a strong understanding of home loan products and the local real estate market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new home loan leads through field sales, referrals, builders, real estate agents, and direct marketing.Promote and sell home loan products (purchase, refinance, balance transfer, top-up loans, etc.).Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.Guide customers through documentation and loan application processes.Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate brokers, and channel partners.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.1–5 years of experience in home loan, mortgage, banking, or financial sales.Strong knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and document Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
