Role Overview: Join TravClan, a fast-growing B2B Travel Company and one of LinkedIn's Top 20 Startups! We are hiring an Area Sales Associate to build and manage a highly engaged community of travel agents and business entrepreneurs in Delhi/NCR
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the sole point of contact to manage and grow 100-200 B2B business accounts.
Drive field sales while also dedicating a minimum of 4 hours daily to speaking with clients on call.
Ensure customer delight by resolving grievances related to payments, services, and products.
Host offline and online events and meet-ups for members.
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Please read before applying):
Work Hours: This is a high-growth, demanding startup environment. You should expect 10-12 hours of work daily, starting at 9:30 AM.
Working Days: 6 Days a week, including Saturdays.
Location: 100% Work from Office at Connaught Place, Delhi.
Mindset: You must love the thrill of closing sales, be comfortable with targets, and possess high ownership.
