Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and support the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order execution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in B2B or industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries received through phone calls, emails, websites, and referrals.
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and application needs.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical/design team.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain and update customer information, enquiries, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
Coordinate with operations, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt responses and excellent service.
Generate sales MIS reports, monitor enquiry-to-order conversion, and submit regular updates to management.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering degree or Diploma preferred).
2–4 years of experience in B2B or industrial inside sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and basic engineering drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM software, and ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
A proactive attitude with excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior experience in industrial products, engineering equipment, manufacturing, automation, or technical sales will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
