Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and support the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order execution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in B2B or industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries received through phone calls, emails, websites, and referrals.

  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and application needs.

  • Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical/design team.

  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

  • Maintain and update customer information, enquiries, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with operations, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt responses and excellent service.

  • Generate sales MIS reports, monitor enquiry-to-order conversion, and submit regular updates to management.

  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering degree or Diploma preferred).

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B or industrial inside sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand technical specifications and basic engineering drawings.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM software, and ERP systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.

  • A proactive attitude with excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in industrial products, engineering equipment, manufacturing, automation, or technical sales will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
