A Field Executive is a frontline professional who drives business growth, client acquisition, or service operations directly in the local community.
Core Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Pitch and sell products/services directly to local businesses or consumers
On-site Operations: Deliver documents, packages, or equipment, and perform on-site product demonstrations or property verifications.
Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with existing clients, address complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.
Market Research: Gather localized data on competitor activities, consumer preferences, and market trends.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs of visits, follow-ups, and sales metrics, and submit them to management.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 3+ years in field sales, customer service, or logistics. Freshers are often encouraged to apply.
Hard Skills: Strong computer/smartphone proficiency for using CRM apps, basic data entry, and navigation.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
