
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Identify and attract potential franchisees through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and referral networks.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve franchise expansion goals.
Screen and evaluate prospective franchisees based on financial capability, business experience, and operational fit.
Manage franchise inquiries, providing timely and personalized responses throughout the decision-making process.
Conduct in-depth presentations and discussions on franchise opportunities, business models, ROI, operational support, and expectations.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing franchisees through regular communication and meetings.
Support existing franchise partners in new store development and expansion efforts.
Ensure investor satisfaction and retention for future opportunities and referrals.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise prospects until the agreement is finalized.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and brand requirements during the franchise acquisition process.
Analyze market trends and assess territory viability to identify high-potential markets.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute franchise expansion strategies based on performance data.
Meet or exceed franchise sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Represent and uphold the company’s brand values and image across all franchise-related activities.
