FMCG Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Prestige Recruiters (opc) Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers salary Upto (35k salary + Incentive) and prospects of growth.

Job Description: We are hiring a Team Leader – Supply & Demand to manage both Driver Onboarding (Supply) and Customer Acquisition (Demand) operations in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field operations, team handling, and achieving daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Operations:

1. Lead a team to onboard new 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler drivers daily.

2. Ensure document verification, quality checks, and app activations.

3. Achieve daily onboarding targets (10+ per executive, 50% 3-wheelers).

4. Execute referral programs, local tie-ups, and campaigns to boost supply.

Demand Operations:

1. Supervise the field team for app downloads, FTUs (First-Time Users), and ride conversions.

2. Ensure team performance: 20 visits | 7 downloads | 3 FTUs | 6 orders per executive per day.

3. Monitor productivity and improve conversion ratios.

Team Management:

1. Recruit, train, and motivate field executives.

2. Conduct daily briefings, performance tracking, and reporting.

3. Maintain discipline and ensure accurate reporting of KPIs.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or any related field. (mandatory).

Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in field sales, operations, or team leadership (preferred sectors: ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, FMCG). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working on-field with multiple teams. Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
