Field Sales Officer – Gold Loan / Home Loan / LAP (DBS Bank)

Role: Field Sales Officer
Products: Gold Loan, Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Responsibilities:

Source new customers for Gold Loan, Home Loan, and LAP through field activities, referrals, and market visits.
Generate leads by conducting door-to-door visits, branch referrals, and local marketing campaigns.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Collect KYC and loan documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Cross-sell other banking products wherever applicable.
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in the system.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate.
6 months to 3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, or Field Sales.
Good communication and customer acquisition skills.
Must be willing to travel extensively for field sales activiti
