Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Develop and maintain a strong agency team.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Generate new business through agents and agency channels.
Motivate agents and monitor their performance regularly.
Build strong relationships with customers and agents.
Conduct meetings, field visits, and sales activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in insurance sales, agency channel, or BFSI.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and team-management abilities.
Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
Freshers may be considered depending on the company requirement.
