About the Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through referrals, field activities, and digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Knowledge of real estate market trends.
Ability to conduct property presentations confidently.

Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel for site visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
