Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our FMCG team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting our FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and drive growth through effective sales strategies.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

3. Product Promotion: Promote FMCG products through in-store promotions, demos, and events.

4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field.

2. Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Knowledge of FMCG products and market trends.

3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
