Job Description

📌 Job Title: Area Sales Officer
📍 Location: Madhubani
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Handle sales activities within the assigned area (Madhubani).
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and boost sales.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.

🔹 Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients and distributors.
Knowledge of the local market (Madhubani) preferred.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

🔹 Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
