🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales activities within the assigned area (Madhubani).

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and boost sales.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

• Ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.

• Good communication & negotiation skills.

• Ability to build relationships with clients and distributors.

• Knowledge of the local market (Madhubani) preferred.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
