Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer to handle sales and distribution for Meiyal products in the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing distributors, and ensuring effective retail execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure product availability and visibility across outlets
Handle distributor billing, stocks, and payments
Open new outlets and improve market coverage
Execute trade promotions and schemes
Track competitor activities and share market feedback
Requirements:
Graduate with 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (food/spices preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market and retail network
Self-motivated and target-driven
