Field Sales Manager

Location: Wardha, Maharashtra 
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Roll 

Responsibilities: 

• Build a high-performing team of insurance agents from scratch 

• Guide and support agents to develop their sales skills 

• Conduct field visits and assist agents in closing leads 

• Coach agents on products, market trends, and client handling 

• Track performance metrics and provide strategic direction 

• Promote a culture of growth and performance within your team 

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and industry norms 

Requirements: 

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory) 

• Minimum 2 years of field sales or team management experience 

• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams 

• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills
