SODL is looking for a Field Sales Manager with proven experience in the Diagnostics or Healthcare Marketing field. The candidate should be confident in generating leads, managing field operations, building relationships with doctors, labs, and collection centers, and driving business growth.
You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, expanding partnerships, and meeting sales targets for diagnostic services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for diagnostic tests and lab services.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and phlebotomy centers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and client follow-ups.
Conduct promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and awareness drives in assigned areas.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities, leads, and performance.
Collaborate with management to implement sales and brand growth strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong after-sales relationships.
Minimum 1-6 years of field sales experience in the Diagnostics or Healthcare sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
