Candidate ka main focus new clients acquire karna, existing customers ke saath relationship maintain karna, aur sales targets achieve karna hoga.Key Responsibilities:Market mein biodegradable aur compostable carry bags ka promotion aur sales karna.Retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, aur corporate companies se meetings karke business develop karna.Custom printing (logo, branding, promotional designs) ke solutions clients ko present karna.Local dealers aur distributors ke network ko establish aur support karna.Competitor analysis aur market trends par regular report dena.Sales targets achieve karna aur regular performance reports prepare karna.Delivery, billing aur payment follow-ups ka coordination karna.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Graduation (Preferred: Marketing / Business / Commerce).2–5 saal ka field sales experience (preferably in packaging / eco-products / FMCG).Excellent communication aur negotiation skills.Apne area ka local market knowledge.Self-motivated aur result-oriented candidate.Own conveyance (bike or car) preferred.Managerial post ke liye team-handling experience zaruri hai.Salary & Benefits:Attractive fixed salary + performance-based incentives.Travel & communication allowance.Career growth opportunity in the eco-friendly packaging industry.Company Focus:Hamari company environment-friendly packaging solutions promote karti hai — mainly biodegradable aur compostable carry bags with customizable printing.
