Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell agricultural products such as sprinkler pipes, PVC rigid pipes, and related agri inputs
- Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and farmers within Bhopal city limits
- Conduct field visits, product demos, and farmer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market share
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems
🧠 Required Skills
- Proven experience in selling agricultural products (e.g., irrigation systems, motors, PVC pipes, agri tools)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with local agri market dynamics and farmer networks
- Ability to travel within satna city
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agri-sales
- Must be currently residing in satna
💰 Compensation
- Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000/month (based on experience)
