Field Sales Executive

1. Location: Sector-5, Gurgaon

2. Experience: 1–2 years

3. Salary: 25,000- 30,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients such as Corporate Sales, retail shops, offices, hotels, restaurants, and distributors to promote packaged water bottles.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent order generation.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure timely supply and payments.

• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Handle field visits, product demonstrations, and on-ground branding activities.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on leads and conversions.

• Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team for smooth order fulfillment.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling ability.

• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.

• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.

• Basic knowledge of sales and distribution.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
