Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct, in-person interactions with customers in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
Meet potential and existing customers to present products/services and close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support) to ensure customer satisfaction
Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product/service improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
