We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell agro-based products in the assigned territory around Uruli Kanchan. The ideal candidate will have prior field sales experience in the agriculture or agro-related sectors, excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi, and a strong understanding of local farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell agro-based products in the assigned territory
Develop strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market intelligence and report competitor activity
Support local marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Agro or related sectors
Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
Willingness to work in rural/field environments
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of local territory and farming practices is an advantage
