1. New Client Acquisition

2. Business Development & Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers (HR heads, hiring managers, CXOs).

   • Understand client requirements, workforce planning, and hiring challenges.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

   • Drive conversion of prospects into signed agreements.

   • Meet revenue and billing targets from acquired clients.

4. Market Research & Lead Generation

   • Research market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

   • Generate and nurture leads through calls, networking, LinkedIn, job fairs, and referrals.

5. Negotiation & Contract Closure

   • Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients.

   • Ensure commercial terms are favorable and align with company policies.

6. Coordination with Recruitment Team

   • Share client requirements effectively with delivery/recruitment teams.

   • Ensure smooth execution and high-quality service delivery.

7. Brand Representation

   • Represent the company at industry events, HR forums, and networking meets.

   • Promote company services to strengthen brand presence.
