Here are the details for the Field Sales Executive position for our Shiprocket - Quick business:Location: Delhi (Shastri Nagar) Salary:· In-hand: Up to ₹27,000 per month· Travel Allowance: ₹3,000· Incentives: Up to ₹15,000Working Days: 6 days a weekRequirement: Bike is mandatoryPls Note - Please look for candidates who have prior experience in field sales. Job Responsibilities:- Filed Sales (Demand)* Identify and onboard local merchants/sellers within the Shastri Nagar area.* Pitch business benefits and convert leads into active partners on the platform.* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team lead.* Conduct field visits to potential partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.* Collect and verify documents during onboarding.* Report daily performance and field activity to the sales manager.Requirements1. 12th or Graduate preferred.2. 1+ years of experience in field sales, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
