Key Responsibilities:

1 Onboard merchants to the Google Pay platform for credit and payment solutions.

2 Educate merchants on credit policies, repayment schedules, and Google Pay benefits.

3 Verify merchant documents and ensure compliance with company policies.

4 Maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive engagement and usage.

5 Handle merchant queries and provide after-sales support.

6 Meet monthly targets for merchant onboarding and transaction volume.

7 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues effectively
