We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Visit potential customers within assigned territory to generate leads and close sales.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily reports of customer visits, inquiries, and sales conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events to maximize reach.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or related roles (Fresher with strong communication can also apply).
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Knowledge of local market and customer base will be an added advantage.
