• Meet clients, show properties on site

• Explain property details clearly

• Follow up & close deals

• Share daily updates with manager

Requirements:

• Must stay in Bandra to Borivali only — Other states & cities DO NOT APPLY

• Must have own bike or scooter for local travel

• Must have smartphone (laptop preferred) for daily updates

• Basic local area knowledge & communication skills

• OK with 100% commission-based role — no fixed pay

Earnings:

• High commission on each deal closed

• Extra incentives for top closers
