Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition and Marketing

  • Help optimize app store listings (App Store and Google Play) to improve search rankings and drive organic discovery.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement. 

Registration Funnel Management

  • Analyze the registration process to identify and remove user drop-off points, improving overall conversion rates.

  • Track and report on key registration metrics, such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and user engagement.

  • Coordinate with product and development teams to ensure the sign-up process is intuitive, fast, and bug-free.

  • Conduct A/B testing on different sign-up flows and creative assets to identify the most effective strategies. 

New User Support and Onboarding

  • Provide support to users experiencing issues during the registration process, offering troubleshooting and guidance.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as FAQs and video tutorials, to assist users with the sign-up and onboarding process.

  • Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve more complex registration issues and ensure a seamless user experience. 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user sign-ups and funnel performance.

  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile app onboarding. 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a user acquisition, digital marketing, or app registration-related role.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Firebase).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams and supporting users.

  • A high degree of ownership and self-motivation in achieving user growth targets.
