Work Location: Patna (Boring Road / Kankarbagh / Bazar Samiti / Bailey Road), Bokaro, Saharsa, Daltonganj, Ranchi, Purnia, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Freshers with strong potential can also apply).
Salary: ₹1.32 LPA to ₹2.4 LPA + Incentives
Qualification: 12th Pass and onwards.
Additional Preference: Candidates with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) education background preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into admissions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, and campaigns to drive enrolments.
Collect and analyses market data to identify potential opportunities.
Describe product features and benefits to prospective clients in person.
Negotiate course fees with potential clients and close deals.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain daily activity and sales reports for management review.
Travel extensively within assigned territory.
